Scope and operator information
This notice describes the observed website configuration, not a claim of regulatory compliance. Legal operator details, jurisdiction, legal bases, international transfers and complete retention periods require owner review. They are not invented here. Use Contact for privacy questions or requests.
Membership and payments
Ghost stores membership information such as email address, optional name, subscription state and preferences. Stripe is connected for payments and receives the information entered in its payment flow. Do not submit payment card information through the contact form. SMTP2GO is configured for transactional email. Bulk Mailgun newsletter sending is not configured.
Inquiries and security
The inquiry service stores the name, email, category, subject, message and optional URL you submit, plus a timestamp and delivery state. A keyed hash of a network address is used for rate limiting. Infrastructure access logs may separately contain IP addresses and requested paths. Inquiry content is not published on the site; access is through server administration. Notification emails are attempted through SMTP2GO. Do not include sensitive or confidential information.
Analytics and preferences
Ghost web analytics is not configured. Email-open, email-click and membership-source tracking settings are enabled; these may record activity when the relevant email and membership features are used. The theme stores your light or dark preference locally in your browser. See Cookie Policy.
Requests and retention
Use the inquiry form for access, correction or deletion requests, identifying only what is needed to locate the relevant account. Identity checks may be needed before account information can be disclosed. No fixed response deadline or automatic retention period is asserted here. Financial and backup records may require separate handling; applicable requirements need owner review.
